By using zipvid.app, you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

zipvid.app is a free tool. You give it the URL of a post that is already publicly available on a social media platform, and it returns the file in whatever format the platform already serves it in.

We do not host media, we do not store it, and we keep no media archive. The file passes through us; it does not stay with us. We also do not index third-party content or provide any way to search it, and we do not access content that is private or protected by authentication.

2. We are not affiliated with any platform

zipvid.app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta Platforms, ByteDance, or any other platform. Third-party names and trademarks appear for descriptive purposes only.

3. Your responsibility

By using the service, you represent that you hold the rights to the content you are downloading, that you have the rights holder's permission, or that the law otherwise allows your use — for example, under one of the limitations in Brazilian copyright law — and that you will comply with the terms of the source platform.

What you do with the content you obtain is entirely your responsibility.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to obtain private or restricted content, to circumvent access controls, to redistribute or monetize third-party content without permission, to send automated requests in bulk, or for any unlawful purpose.

We apply usage limits and may block access for any user who breaches these terms.

5. Service provided "as is"

The service is free and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Source platforms change without notice, and features may stop working at any time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, nor for the content obtained through it.

7. Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe that content obtained through the service infringes your rights, email us at [zipvid@zipvid.app](mailto:zipvid@zipvid.app) with the exact URL and a description of the right involved. We review reports and, where warranted, block access to that material through our service.

We will terminate access for repeat infringers.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
