1. Who processes your data
Controller: LUIZ OTAVIO — 22233903668
Contact: zipvid@zipvid.app
Write to this address to exercise any of the rights listed in section 6. We respond within 15 days.
2. What we process
What you give us: the URL you paste into the search box. We use it to locate the content and return the file, and the only thing we keep is the post identifier, cached for up to 24 hours so we do not have to re-process the same request — never linked to you.
What we collect automatically: IP address, browser and operating system type, language, date and time of requests, pages visited, and error logs.
To enforce usage limits we combine three of those — IP address, browser type, and language — into a scrambled code, generated with a key that never leaves our server. We store the code, not the data behind it: it is used only to count requests, and it is deleted within minutes.
We use no persistent device-identification technique — no canvas, installed fonts, screen resolution, or anything equivalent.
3. What we do not do
- We do not ask you to sign up. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, or any government-issued ID.
- We do not keep the files you download.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not link the URLs we process to your identity.
4. Why we process it
| What | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| URL you paste | To provide the service you requested | Article 7, V of the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) |
| IP and access logs | Security, abuse prevention, usage limits | Legitimate interest (Article 7, IX) |
| Error logs | To fix bugs and keep the service available | Legitimate interest (Article 7, IX) |
You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest by contacting us as described in section 1.
5. Retention and sharing
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Cached post identifier | up to 24 hours |
| Media file URLs | up to 30 minutes |
| Usage-limit counters | up to 5 minutes |
| Session security check | 2 minutes |
| Access logs | 6 months |
| Error logs | 30 days |
| Media files | we do not store them |
We share only the data necessary to run the service with our infrastructure and CDN providers, and with public authorities where the law requires it. These providers are located outside Brazil, so your data is transferred to and processed in other countries — an international transfer permitted under Article 33 of the LGPD.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request: confirmation of the existence of processing and access to your data; correction; anonymization or deletion; portability; information about who we share your data with; withdrawal of consent; and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: those required for the site to work, to keep it secure, and to remember your language preference. Cookies of this kind do not require your consent under the LGPD.
The security ones include the cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot check shown before every download. It exists to tell a person apart from an automated program, not to recognise you across visits.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
8. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the data: encrypted traffic, restricted access, short retention, and minimal collection. No system is completely secure; if an incident occurs that poses a significant risk, we will notify the data subjects and the ANPD.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
